Return Policy

At Lídia Vives, our commitment is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our valued art collectors. To uphold this commitment, we provide a fourteen (14) day window from the date of receipt for you to decide whether to retain your purchased product or initiate a return.

Damages and Issues

Our utmost priority is your satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us promptly by sending an email to info@lidiavives.com along with a photograph clearly illustrating the damage. We will then request an additional photograph showing the art print intentionally broken in half. This is a security measure due to the limited edition, signed, and numbered nature of our artworks. Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will expedite the dispatch of a replacement copy bearing the same numbering, at no additional cost to you.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Please be aware that once an order has entered the production phase, no modifications or cancellations can be accommodated. Lídia Vives cannot assume responsibility for incorrect shipment details; therefore, replacements or refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.

Exchanges

To streamline the process and ensure you receive the desired item promptly, please reach out to us to initiate an exchange request. Upon approval, we recommend making a separate purchase for the new item. If an exchange is approved, you will need to return the original item at your expense.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return request, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that the processing and posting of refunds by your bank or credit card company may take some time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

While we extend a 14-day window for return requests, please note that we do not have warehousing facilities to accommodate returns. In the case of a damaged artwork, we will request photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging. The shipping cost for returning an item cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Commissioned artworks, tailored to the specific criteria and instructions of the customer, are considered personalized and on-demand creations, making them ineligible for return.
